"Overall, well. Initially, they wanted to schedule us out a month. Although we didn't need an immediate repair due to the hotter weather, we wanted to get the dead furnace fixed sooner than later. They scheduled us for about two weeks out, which was acceptable. A day or two later, they called and said they had a cancellation and could come out a few days later. They were right on time; prompt and efficient in completing the diagnosis and the repair. The cost was a bit higher than expected, but not unreasonable. (...Especially when compared to a recent automobile repair.)"

"What a fantastic crew!  The office staff was friendly, caring and professional.  Brandon responded the same day and did a thorough check of the existing furnace, the attic, the crawl spaces and the best place for the outside unit.  He patiently answered all (a lot) of my emails and the final estimate was detailed to the point of including the model numbers.   The installers arrived on time and went straight to work while answering my questions and even provided extra information on what, how, when and why.  They moved both of my vehicles for me and put down a large tarp that covered the whole hallway.  The ducts were cleaned with the same friendly and informative manner.   They carefully moved all the items in the garage, including 4 long florescent lights, that I failed to do for them.  Brandon stopped by in the morning to make sure all was going as planned and to check if I had any questions.
The second day was the same exemplary service with the addition of Jeff who installed the thermostat.  He went over (more than once) all the options until I grasped the concept of a Programmed Thermostat.  What seemed very complicated at first turned out to be easy! He also explained the outside unit, the permits and showed me how to change the filters for the inside furnace. Before the installers left, they put everything back in the garage, moved my vehicles and even offered to vacuum the hallway when the tarp was removed.  Polite, Professional and Perfect!!  "Thank you for your hospitality" was their parting remark.  I LOVE my quiet, efficient furnace!!"
