Ammon, the owner is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares that you walk away having had a good experience. Price wise, they were a tad bit lower than the other well-rated company (Both were fair and reasonable in my opinion). He was able to work with me on schedule and made sure that the surrounding trees were protected while his crew was working. "Dan came out to give us an assessment about the health of an old cedar we have next to our home. I was concerned that he wouldn't be "straight" and would try to upsell services. However, I really wanted an experienced arborist to let me know why parts of my tree appear to be dying. Dan checked our tree out thoroughly and gave us his opinion that the tree is stressed but will most likely bounce back over the next several months. He then went on to look at a number of other trees on our property -- ALL AT NO CHARGE TO US -- and without trying to sell us any services. I have complete confidence in Dan and Eastside Tree Works.
