"Vic did an excellent job for us on many projects--a major deck refinishing, rebuilding a 100+-year old window seat, resuspending sagging kitchen cabinets, repairing and replacing some outdoor cedar siding and stairs. These varied projects required not only excellent carpentry but also innovative thinking to resolve some of the construction issues involved in this quirky old house. We were expecting to have to replace the deck but he convinced us it would be better, and more cost effective, to instead refinish the old cedar boards, replacing only a few boards--and he was right. He could have charged us more for new decking, but didn't--this impressed us. He's honest, reliable, and good at solving problems."

After selecting Summit, Stuart the owner, worked closely with us to ensure we had a successful result. He met with us twice prior to the project to help select paint and confirm our expectations were aligned with the plan. During the project his team was hard working, helpful and courteous. Stuart checked in regularly and when we noticed minor damage to our gutter as a result of a ladder he checked it out and agreed to take care of it right away.
