"This homeowner rushed me to get the work started and once we started he backtracked and told us to stop and address an email he received from the city of Bellevue. After getting things sorted out we resumed and got the work done. It took 2 weeks to get the final inspection done and it passed with flying colors. After the work was approved he took a week and a half to pay me. 3.5 weeks of that is what he is including in the month and a half time frame. We made an agreement to do extra work than what the design called for and in the end he denied making the agreement when it was his wife translating for him. They both knew I asked for extra money for labor and they both said yes and in the end he screwed me over and is using that against me. Truly unbelievable."
"You told me you did not want to proceed with the work and I respectfully said ok. One week later you asked for a written quote and I was going to but it was 4th of July weekend so I took it off and lost my phone during the weekend. I just got a new phone and log on to see this. It was a matter of time before producing a written email. I came out and took a look during the COVID pandemic and was even coughed on in the face. Please get information before you put a bad review for my business."
"The work you requested was a job I did not want to do and respectfully declined to do so. You requested I stay and fix one sprinkler head since the other sprinkler head was stuck in between a tree root that was not noticed before, for $125 it was not even worth it so I'm sorry that I stayed and did as job requested. I could come and change the nozzle in less than one minute if you want a different one, no problem. The last thing we heard from you was that you would like for us to come back and do the other sprinkler head if you did not find anyone. Also your pipe was shooting our water in the end where you have one sprinkler head missing do not forget to fix it as it could increase water pressure."
