We have been getting many compliments on Sunny Seattle's work. Amado helped us to secure permitting which was a big challenge! He made sure everything was done to code and permitted. He stayed very close to the budget we set. When we had a small leak after the completion of the project he and his team took responsibility and fixed the problem and covered the expenses. Amado is honest, hard working, caring and was open to listening and implementing our ideas."

"Ray is terrific. Our deck was falling apart in several places and we knew we wanted to replace it with one that was functional, attractive and would last a long time in the damp Pacific Northwest. We didn't know if we wanted to go with cedar, (less expensive) or a composite which would last longer but cost far more. After a discussion of our needs and budget, Ray redesigned and was able to re-use the foundation, which was still in good condition. He gave us pricing on both options and provided photos of both that he had built in the past. He showed up exactly on time, was courteous and respectful of our property and tenants and even worked in the evenings to avoid the inevitable rain, which kept him on schedule. His pricing was as estimated (although I think he shortchanged himself a bit) and his work impeccable. One the deck was done the next day the crew started construction our Aluminum patio cover. The cover was up in 2 days we are really going to be able to enjoy our deck year round now!"
