"One Call Home Repair did not inform me that just coming out is a minimum $189 charge. The office should have done that. They should be the ones to explain their prices. I was told that a woman in the office--Susan--does not know much. I paid $189 to have 2 book shelves assembled. I went ahead and got it done because I needed it done. I think that they should have a menu of prices for different projects. I can not spend that money again for the job. Otherwise, the repair person is social, pleasant to be around and very skilled."

"We initially contacted Attila Musci at Cascade Window and Glass about replacing the glass in the slider window (both movable and stationary parts) above our kitchen sink in early December 2015. This was being done because we were remodeling our kitchen, i.e. replacing countertops and flooring. Based on our approximate measurements we received a quote and decided to go ahead with the project. While meeting with the tech designer for our kitchen remodel we discovered that once the new countertops were in place we would not be able to remove the kitchen window, so the window repair would need to be done before the countertop installation. This didn't seem to be a problem because we were told that the project probably wouldn't start for several months. When we found out that the project would begin much sooner than expected (to our delight!) , i.e. in the middle of January, we needed to move up the appointment date for Attila to measure the windows. When he came out he discovered that he couldn't remove the windows with the existing faucet in place, so we needed to coordinate the removal of the window glass with the demolition crew removing the old countertops and kitchen fixtures. After many phone calls everything was approved, and the date and time were set for Attila to remove the old window glass, put the new glass in the existing frames, and reinstall the windows -- with a very quick turn-around so as not to delay the demolition crew. Attila was great to work with -- he was willing to change and adapt his schedule as needed to accommodate the timeline for our kitchen remodel. He is very professional and really knows his business. This is the second time that we've worked with him, and will continue to do so as the need arises."

"The crew did a tremendous job completing the trim install and paint. Despite some curve balls I threw (last minute changes to sheetn type, schedule change etc.), Ali, Alex and the crew handled it better than expected (believe me, I had numerous contractors over the years, but these guys handled it better than any I've hired in the past). The paint work also included small patchwork and significant trim (baseboards, window casings, and door/window trim). The crew had to deal walls that were not straight, and they did so nicely and timely. "Ethos Windows and Doors did an excellent job of installing our front door and sidelights.  Previously this new door had been installed twice by our general contractor and it was obvious they did not do it correctly - there were several problems. Ethos correctly pointed out how the general contractor was damaging the door.  Ethos got the door reinstalled plumb and square and the installation and trim around the custom sidelights looks perfect. They were fast and left the job clean. Ethos also did a great job of fixing our back door which, thanks to our general contractor, was also not plumb or square.  It was clear that Ethos took full responsibility to see that the job was done correctly, with an eye for detail and to address any concerns we had.  It was a great relief to have found Ethos. We would highly recommend them for any door and window installation and repair.
