She was willing to provide model number information as well. I had two other quotes that insisted on coming to the house and bartering, wanting to close on the spot, I chose Garage Tech even though they were the a bit more expensive. James was our installer, pointed out additional items that needed work, and provided fair pricing to do them. Not pushy at all. Work was done cleanly and professionally and we are loving our new openers. So quiet!!"

I asked Dan if he would be willing to do a repair on a malfunctioning motor. He said that its likely the sensor, gave me a rough estimate of the cost and then said he would follow up the next day for scheduling. I never heard back from Dan. I tried following up via text multiple times and tried calling but he turned into a ghost. Extremely unprofessional considering I had already told my tenant the repair would be in the next couple of days (as per Dan's word)."
