It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

We charge out at 45.00 dollars per hour and normally like to work on a time and materials basis. Materials and subcontractors provided by us are marked up 20% for profit and overhead costs. A home inspector is only required to give a copy of their report to the party who hired them. They’ll also turn off your water, but they’ll leave at least one bathroom and the kitchen functioning at the end of the day. You’ll need to plan accordingly.
