"In an attempt to track your inspection, I have no past client information for [Member Name Removed] nor have I done an inspection at [Member Information Removed] When I look at the inspection date, there are 2 inspections completed on that day. I have to assume you were a party to the local inspection in Colchester. If so, I have looked over that report. It is unfortunate that you opted to post a negative review prior to contacting me. I would have welcomed the opportunity to help you work through these concerns. In the inspection report, it does note an active plumbing leak at the time of the inspection. Was this addressed prior to you moving in? If so, the plumber did not note an active leak at the sewer line? I also have a picture of the main sewer line in the basement included in the report. Typically there is a 30-60+ day period of time between the inspection and 'move-in day'. Could the leak have become active post inspection? Prior to the closing, did you do a final walk-through? Was the main sewer line leak active at that time? Again, I wish you would have contacted me with concerns as they became apparent."
"Thank you Bill, I was glad to be a part of the process!"
"Thank you for the opportunity to help [Member Name Removed], it was my pleasure!"
