He was very prompt and honest about the scope of work, including the difficulties this job could encounter, thanks to a global pandemic shutting 90% of businesses down. He very accurately diagnosed the issues and created a fix that we were happy with; then did the work very quickly. He's a very friendly person and does great work. We would use him again!"
