I would highly recommend this company/John. He came to our house at 11.30 pm on a 12 degree night, our heat stopped working. Picks up the phone or returns calls great communication skills, and gets the job done right.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Generation Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. Despite being charged almost $1,000 for a service that included a check-up and adding refrigerant, my heating issue was not resolved. When I called to address the ongoing problem, I was told I would need to pay an additional $142 for another diagnosis, despite having already paid a diagnostic fee. This business appears more interested in overcharging customers than providing quality service. I would caution others to look elsewhere for their HVAC needs.

The customer was informed that her hvac system has a refrigerant leak prior to adding refrigerant and opted to ad refrigerant to keep the e- heat off, and for us to return and complete an electronic leak search, not anther diagnostic. All pricing was discussed prior to work being completed. customer wanted price reduction, we utilize a price book that 50 million other hvac technicians- tradesmen utilize. John has 30+ years HVAC service experience! He goes above and beyond for all of our customers."

John came out on a Friday evening just shortly after I sent a message through home advisor asking for quotes when no one else could make it until Monday. John was very helpful and fixed my AC. He explained what he was doing and why. He made suggestions on how to make my AC more efficient. He added coolant, showed me the air temperature that was coming out of the registers after adding the coolant, and was very professional and very friendly in his service. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Great job John.

I found myself with my air conditioner not blowing cold air on a sweltering 90 degree July day. I called Generation and explained my situation JOhn and even though it was a Saturday he said they could be there in a few hours. John showed up when they said they would, quickly diagnosed my problem and made the required repair all for a very reasonable price. Generation was prompt, professional, and courteous, and I would highly recommend them again for my heating and cooling needs.
