"Our AC unit began leaking water and marginally working late on a summer Friday night, and then completely broke down over a sweltering weekend. We called McCrea's emergency line first thing in the morning because of our two young children. McCrea sent a technician to our home over the weekend in a matter of a few short hours. "I was selling my house and the inspector found the fan was venting into the attic.  I needed to have a professional  vent it to the outside..  The HVAC tech  was on time, diagnosed the problem  immediately and had it vented to the outside soffit in a less than half an hour.  it looks good, not noticeable and now I meet code. I thought the price was a bit high. I have a one story ranch and all he had to do was cut a hole in the soffit, reach in and pull down the vent.
