We called McCrea's emergency line first thing in the morning because of our two young children. McCrea sent a technician to our home over the weekend in a matter of a few short hours. When the installation was done, Logan walked us through each system, their respective manuals and documentation, and our new touchscreen user interface for the entire HVAC. Our family has had the new HVAC system for a few weeks now, and it functions beautifully. Our home's temperature and humidity is much more comfortable, and the system is quieter, easier to use, and less expensive to operate.
