"Matt Epperly was very professional and new about insulation for our crawl space. He came and went under our house and took pictures. We did not know about the mold which he showed us. He made the suggestion of the spray foam and the Friction-fit rigid foam board door panel to be installed behind our existing crawl space access door. Spray Foam in crawl space rim and band joist for air-sealing and insulation. He also mentioned before the foam insulation spraying anti-microbial solution on all crawl space wood substructure. We were also told we would get free a Wireless Hygrometer. It displays the temperature and humidity both inside your crawl space. It was all accomplished in a few hours. While in the attic they blew in the insulation with an even consistent barrier, ensuring that all locations with infrastructure were well covered. As they wrapped up the job, they cleaned behind them as they closed up the attic, removed the floor coverings and were on their way. The only way I can tell they were here is that the heat runs less in the winter and the air conditioning runs less in the summer.
