"An absolutely phenomenal company that treats customers the way they should be treated. They replaced the windows in my entire home (11 windows) and did an amazing job. They also offer 0% interest financing same as cash options in various lengths, which the clock doesn’t even start for repayments on until installation. This was extremely helpful to me given the large purchase order to do my entire house at once. They are also extremely competitive (in some things 20-40% cheaper) from a pricing standpoint for the same product given they are a small company and don’t maintain substantial overhead. I saved literal thousands of dollars on my windows by going with them for the same product I almost purchased through another company. Roland was also very straightforward with me on all products and never tried to upsell me with things I did not need. He even told me when more expensive products were not worth it and provided me with all of the warranty information for various lines that they offer. He’s been working in this business for a long long time and his experience is evident in conversations with him. He and his wife own the company and they are wonderful. The installers that came were extremely professional, made sure to double check everything with me before installation, protected my house/floors during, and then cleaned up and had me check to make sure everything was good to go afterwards.
