Wonderful! I would definitely hire this company again! He was honest and trustworthy. He spent hours in my backyard on the hottest day of the year so far, just trying to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. I’d highly recommend them!

We need a new system for the added living space to our home. Charles was quick to respond and gave us several options so to Correspond with our budget. Upon us deciding on the system we wanted they were very quick to get started Arriving at the time and the day they said they would . While There they were very Courteous and answered any questions we had . while working they worked with Dedication while paying attention to every small detail which I greatly appreciated. After the work was completed Charles called me several times to make sure that I was satisfied and that the system was performing as promised. You cannot go wrong by using this company!! I will certainly use them for any future needs I have!

You can’t go wrong with this company! They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. The vents were spotless from 2 German Shepards…not an easy task!!! The price was more than fair and they even come yearly to test your system free of charge! They are available to answer questions as well anytime. I would 100 percent recommend them!

“I would highly recommend AeroTherm to anyone needing HVAC service/installation. We needed to have 2 oil furnaces replaced with gas furnaces, as well as to add central air in our duplex. To be honest, I was worried whether or not we could actually afford it. Charles provided us with 4 options and explained the pros/cons of each. ALL of them were reasonably priced. Once we decided on the units, we were given a 4 week lead time. To our delight, they actually arrived within about 2 weeks! The installations were scheduled and went off without a hitch! Considering that our duplex was built in 1905, I feel this was a great accomplishment! Throughout the process, Charles kept us informed as to the progress and let us know if there were any issues. He explained how the new thermostats worked. We are SOOO grateful to have more efficient heating and cooling!! The cherry on top? Charles provided an agreement where he will do inspections at the change of the seasons, as well as install any warrantied parts for 2 years. This was an investment in our property and I’m pleased to have AeroTherm as a partner in keeping them running optimally.
