"This all started with a request for an estimate for power washing an exterior fence and front and rear decks as well as gutters. Wayne and Earl came to pressure wash our decks and outdoor fence and gutters, and get the surfaces ready to paint. We are more than pleased with the work done, but wait there is more. During the time that Ease was onsite, days before a holiday weekend, our HVAC lost it's cool so to speak. Not to fear because they also specialize in HVAC services, so they were able to rectify the problem and advise us what to do going forward. I think we may have found a go to HVAC and Handyman company that not only does quality work but is also local for us, a win-win in our minds. "From the beginning, Chris (Thor HVAC) engaged in a very professional communication to coordinate a date that was agreeable for all parties. My residence is in a very rural part of WV, off the beaten path. Chris coordinated with me on the day of the service to ensure he had the correct directions and arrived at the agreed upon time. Collectively, he inspected the interior and exterior systems and while he didn't find any problems he identified a potential problem in the distant future and offered several options that will resolve the problem. He wasn't trying to make a pressure sale, if anything he clearly stated the potential problem and identified what I needed to watch out to for, indicating that it would be time for corrective measures.
