He sat down and explained each replacement option, the rationale for each, and the pricing. We asked a lot of questions, which he patiently answered. We decided to replace our struggling system within a few weeks. Brooks remained engaged and responsive to our questions in the interim, and a McCrea team, led by Logan arrived on the appointed day to replace the entire system. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient, replacing the system in a few short hours, and kept us apprised of developments. When the installation was done, Logan walked us through each system, their respective manuals and documentation, and our new touchscreen user interface for the entire HVAC. Our family has had the new HVAC system for a few weeks now, and it functions beautifully. Our home's temperature and humidity is much more comfortable, and the system is quieter, easier to use, and less expensive to operate. We have had a service contract with McCrea for about eight years--since our last home--and will continue to have one with them. They are super reliable and professional. Highly recommended."
