"I had extensive water damage to the wood behind the vinyl siding around a window, bottom of exterior wall along the deck, and wood rot along the beam and wood above the garage door opening. They also repaired a window that developed a gap around the window causing air to leak in and out of the house. Phillips Construction did a superb job determining the problem and doing the repairs effectively within in 4 days. They were excellent in cleaning up after their work.
