Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They had to return on two occasions to get the vents properly blocked and the dehumidifier working properly. But they kept at it until it was right. Hats off!"
