"Chris, the Owner, replaced one of my front door sidelights. His work associate, Jason, wrapped my garage door and a garden shed door with aluminum. Chris bid the job and there was a little confusion about Jason’s part. Color of caulk was changed and purpose of rewrapping garage door was not clear to Jason. They both returned to my job and corrected what they needed to and more. Overall I was satisfied with their work and they really worked to my satisfaction. They are consciencious men and were not paid until completion, which I appreciated! I’ll work with these people again!"

Our sales representative, Roberto Munoz, has been an absolute pleasure to work with for all of our installations. Their customer service is excellent and their products are the best in the industry. Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. On a personal note, our sales representative (Roberto) is a very faith based, honest human being and we have never been happier with a contractor or sales representative. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Overall, from my experiences, Castle Windows is the best window and door company in the region. We did extensive research in comparing them to Pella, Anderson and other companies and Castle's product quality, installation and pricing was the best value by far. I would normally never take time out of my day to write a review, but my experience with Castle Windows (and Roberto Munoz) is one that deserves recognition. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
