Our sales representative, Roberto Munoz, has been an absolute pleasure to work with for all of our installations. Their customer service is excellent and their products are the best in the industry. Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
