10 out of 10. Workers very competent and friendly. Supervisor Mark and Foreman Elmer very responsive with requests and communication. Job looks beautiful. Only (tiny) hitch was it took longer than advertised, but since we had no deadline, it was not a problem. Unexpected problems with original siding were resolved quickly and fairly. They even fixed a soffit problem for free that was not in the signed contract.

They were the first to call and offer a quote. They nogotiated the price with me and I felt the price was worth the work for complete gutter replacement, to include new wood, trim, gutters with leaf gaurds and all new down spouts. The wood and trim was accomplished first. I was very happy with the work Mark Johnson's crew did an outstanding job! The trim was secure and sealed very well also completed in one afternoon.

New ROOFS - 2 (this site gives only new windows as options). Great decision on our part: HGE offered best value for the price, including best warrantee. One week from initial home visit to completion. Incredible, really, when I think about all the moving parts throughout this project. Highly recommend HGE! And Mark Lassiter, Sales Rep on ESVA/Northampton County a d project manager Mark Johnson: you all knocked this one out the park.

We actually had a couple of roofs put on. The whole process from initial inspection and price negotiation to final install was amazing. Mark Johnson the project manager was absolutely fantastic. The install team found a couple of issues after they did the tear off. The problems were fixed without question. Thank you Home Genius. We?ll refer you all as often as we can. Great work!

We just had a roof replacement through Home Genius Exteriors with Mark Johnson as the Project Manager. I found Mark to be very knowledgeable and the project proceeded exactly how he said it would. Everyone we had contact with on the project were very courteous and respectful including the installers, who did a great job with the install and the clean up. They would definitely get a call if we were needing additional work in our home.

Update: I am actually very happy to come back with an update on the previous review I left for Home Genius Exteriors. After a very long period of a horrible back and forth interaction with the company in regards to repairing my leaking roof; I finally was placed in communication with some one who actually took the time to listen, understand, and care enough to fix the problem. During the phone call I was assure that I would be sent another P.M. that would take care of everything. I was a little skeptical at first, because of the previous way I was handled, but I moved forward to have the repair hopefully taken care of. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Mark. At first interaction he was very polite, professional, and attentive to what was happening. But, what was most impressive was his advidness to fix the issue. Any and everything that was discovered, was promptly communicated to me, with a solution for resolving the matter. I can honestly say that Mark alone restored my trust
