"My name is Jason Haslbeck and I live in Chester County, PA. My wife and I have used Castle Windows for the replacement of all our windows, a new front door and now a new custom French Door slider (three separate project installations). Our sales representative, Roberto Munoz, has been an absolute pleasure to work with for all of our installations. Their customer service is excellent and their products are the best in the industry. Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
