"8 years ago I purchased a house that was under renovation and had brand new Windows by Anderson. Within 6 months I realized that they were not doing their job and on the advice of a friend I called AAPCO to come out and explain to me why I was losing so much heat. The workers were punctual, respectful of my property, did their job professionally and cleaned up behind themselves. They had to send a different crew twice (after they thought they had finished job and requested final payment -prior to inspections) in order to correctly complete job and even the electricians had to come twice to install dehumidifiers/ light properly to pass code. The door to one crawlspace fits poorly and is difficult to remove and replace. The workers/ office personnel were very pleasant but it was very frustrating that it took so long to have the work done properly."
