He not only resolved the problem, which took trying several different things, he showed me the proper way to maintain the treadmill myself. "We ordered a custom shed and put down a deposit. Three months later had to call the county to find out that our building permit was never submitted. After several unreturned phone calls and emails, we were told that our file was mixed up with someone else’s and they never submitted the permit paperwork. Finally received our permit and waiting on concrete install. We were told they forgot that they were supposed to arrange the concrete which resulted in more delays. We finally cancelled. This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with."
