"Thanks Mr. [Member Name Removed], It has been a pleasure working with you over these several years."
"Thank You for the kind words. We will strive to keep you as a satisfied customer for many years."
"I am sorry that you had a bad experience with our company. Since your experience we have retrained or service staff in hopes that there would not be a repeat of this. I do remember our conversation and I offered options to help redeem our failures and you agreed to just cut ties. I wish you luck in the future."
"I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us. After reviewing the call with our service manager, your system was totally out of refrigerant. The high cost is due to the cost of the refrigerant. Our technician was asked to "pump up the system and see what does". We added leak detection dye and desired to return to find the leak in the system. The $83 part that another company installed may or may not have fixed the leak in the system. I hope for your sake that it did. I tell all of my customers that if they feel that they were improperly charged to call me directly and we can discuss the bill or future work needed. Jim Smith Jr. - Vice President"
Don't use this company. Just because they are large doesn't mean they can treat people this way. I do not recommend them at all. I called the office back (nice people there!) and let them know that I would NOT be having the work done by their company, but by someone else entirely, and I told them specifically why their tech had cost them this account.
"I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Our Technician found a bad compressor in your outdoor unit and suggested to your tenant that you may want to consider a replacement system because your existing system uses the outdated R-22 refrigerant and that a replacement compressor would have a short warranty. We never consider a system to be "Trash". Our desire is to find a solution to problems that we find that are reasonable to you and your situation. I just wish that we would have had a chance to talk before you decided to go elsewhere. I have discussed your situation with our service manager and service staff in order to prevent a misunderstanding in the future. I wish that as the Vice-President of the company, you would have asked to speak to me personally. We could have discussed your situation and hopefully found a solution. We may be larger than some companies but I personally oversee any issues that may be troublesome to our customers. I understand that you have found another company that you are satisfied with and are using them. I sincerely wish you luck with them in the future. Jim Smith Jr.-Vice President (GM) Weather Crafters Ltd."
"Thank You, Mr. [member name removed]. You are a valued customer of Weather Crafters. We truly enjoy working with you."
