Next came the floor installer (Brian) and over four days he removed the carpet, prepared the floor, and installed about 800 sq ft of Lauzon red oak hardwood floor, plus trim, in three bedrooms, four closets, two stair landings, and a hallway. The workmanship is impressive. We're very satisfied with the results. Ryan Anderson also arranged to have a final coat of finish on the stairs on a Saturday so we could move in the following Monday."

The downstairs bathroom was made with a zero entry floor and I had them put a track system on the ceiling for a curtain since the space was small and I didn't want any glass. I have elderly parents and needed ease of use in the space. They stripped it down to the studs and put waterproofing on the entire floor, dropped the shower floor down to the joists and poured a custom shower pan. No curbs to trip on. In the Master, they removed my old huge jacuzzi tub, stall shower and block window, removed the wall and expanded my linen closet. Took out my old vanity and toilet and had a custom vanity built with A quartz countertop that we went and picked out at Stone. There were a few bumps here and there but the team met each challenge with a positive attitude and made sure I was satisfied with every step along the way. We are very happy with both bathrooms and will hire them again to do another bathroom in 2026."

However, the only area that could use some improvement was the molding installation. While the molding was generally satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high standard the rest of the flooring work set. There were a few minor imperfections and inconsistencies that, although not immediately noticeable, could have been better addressed."

Very quickly, this become a "sales pitch" for the other renovations we had been planning, including jokes from the Sales Manager about how much this was going to cost. Personally, I don't joke about my money - I work too hard to earn it. The day after he left, I wrote an email to him about working through the renovation plan in phases, for both time and money savings. I got a reply: "thanks for the update". A week later I got a phone messagel: "Hey we need to talk about this because the costs are really climbing." Following some "phone tag" while I was on a business trip, I sent him an email: "Please just give me an estimate on the guest bathroom". No response received for three weeks and counting. I guess to him my money and my project turned out to be a joke after all. This is the most disappointing experience I have had to date."
