Marty came out to view the workspace, quote us a very reasonable price, and agree on a date for the work to be performed. Once we signed the contract, Marty as the owner/worker came out and performed the work on the agreed upon date/time. He was always in communication with us on the project, keeping us up to date on any issues. His work was thorough and our shower and floor look almost new. We are very satisfied with the results and we would definitely recommend Marty for any type of bathroom/floor tile repair, polishing, sealing and re-grouting."

"Very professional and on time reasonable price. I am concerned as I am not the professional. The work was completed when I went to look it over the spots that were cracked and the reason I called this person to assist me with were still showing some cracks and missing grout spots. He was kind enough to go over the 5 spots I pointed out and the 2 areas were cracked but this is where my concern starts. When I am told the work is done and I look it over and see that it is not done completely, I worry about what I am missing as this should have been seen from the beginning. Maybe I am worrying to much but that gives me a very uneasy feeling. Once time passes and I use the shower a few times with no issue I will update my rating but as of now only time will tell. Nice people just left me wondering if it was all done correctly and to last."

"I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded. I always referred to him as the carpet "Magic Man" and considering some of the unknown stains he ran across sometimes, he always went above and beyond to get great results. I'm telling you, if Sirlance can't get it out of your carpet - no one can. He is not only professional, but incredibly reasonable in price.
