He even had us send him some pictures over text later in the day so he could start to give us an idea of what we were looking at. He came out the next day and examined our steps. He took a good long look at them and realized only one step had actually shifted, the rest of the steps and base were as they should be. He recommended only rebuilding the one step since everything else was measured correctly. Thrilled with that assessment, we had him do the work. I have no doubt other companies would have looked and just told us to rebuild the whole step structure, but he really took the time to make sure he gave us his honest opinion. About a month later he came and did the repair (weather kept delaying), and the end result came out better than we had hoped. He cleaned up the steps and joints all over, and looks good as new."

"We recently remodeled our master bathroom and after extensive research we selected Remodel USA. We initially met with Martin Rabone who spent several hours showing us the various options available and assisting us in making preliminary selections. We were directed to various distributors who work with Remodel USA to make tile, granite and fixture selections. We found all of them to be extremely helpful. All parts of the project were carefully worked through with no work beginning until all the materials were available. We were told the project would take 2 weeks from start to finish and were pleasantly pleased that they finished a day early. Our production manager, Percy Melendez, assisted in final choices of materials prior to ordering and insured that we had the correct items and was meticulous in overseeing the two workers, appearing frequently and phoning often to be sure we were happy with everything. Two people were assigned to do the entire instillation except for the frame less shower glass. This meant that there was no waiting for various people who might be delayed by other jobs and the two knew how to do the tile work, electrical work, and plumbing. Both workers were extremely attentive to making sure that our carpets and furnishings were protected and provided advice about placement of grab bars and the showers. They approached us to make final placement decisions before instillation and did everything possible to make certain we would have the master bathroom we envisioned. The frame less shower surround was also expertly installed. All workers cleaned up the area daily and left no construction or other trash behind. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our entire experience and highly recommend Remodel USA. We will definitely consider them for future home projects as they do additions, windows, and other things."

"Aaron really was great.. he mounted my Tv in no time. Most wouldn't install it because it was over the fireplace in a nook, others charged an extra 200 just because it was a nook. I showed him a picture, and in no time it was up and leveled... I also tried to wire my thermostat and really messed it up bad.. he arrived and worked diligently to find the problem. He even went into my attic and found I blew a fuse.. Needless to say he installed a new one and my family now have heat again..Thanks Aaron.. "After our first contractor left us high and dry, our friends recommended Angie's List.  She told us about how the providers who belong to Angie's List are responsible and professional, so we asked her to give us a name of a handyman and construction service. That is when we were introduced to Walls Construction and Handyman Service.  We contacted them last Friday and their receptionist was very responsive and professional and made us feel at ease and asked if she could send over their field rep that evening due to our circumstance.  Their field rep came over Friday evening after work hours to look at what we needed done and was very professional too.  They allowed us to use our tile we had already purchased.   They showed up Monday morning Oct 8 at 9 AM as promised and completed the job beyond my expectations.  We will be booking future work with them to complete some other projects we have long been waiting for.  Thanks Angie's List. "Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity.  I would use this company again.
