He shared with me what materials would be needed for my project, confirmed where I could purchase them and answered my many questions. Tammy then scheduled my project within a two week period. During that time, she also answered my questions and assured me my backsplash, once completed, would look beautiful. John and Vito were the installers and arrived as scheduled. Actually, Tammy phoned and asked if I was available earlier than originally scheduled since the installers completed another project earlier than expected. John and Vito were very professional: they were respectful to me and my husband and of our home; they were very clean and courteous young men; they were knowledgeable about their craft and they thoroughly cleaned the work area when they completed the project.
