Our master bathroom shower needed some attention to address a minor water issue. We interviewed several contractors, and selected Sowinski Tile & Marble because at our very first meeting Ben Sowinski impressed us with his knowledge and experience in answering all our questions. He listened to our concerns and discussed what we wanted to accomplish. He offered some sound advice and developed a quote and project plan based on our needs. After we agreed to get started, Ben recommended a local tile company, and all we had to do was visit the showroom and make our tile selections. Ben ordered all the materials and managed the entire project from start to finish, on time and within budget. We appreciated that Ben is customer focused. He genuinely cares about doing the best for his clients, and always returns phone calls, text messages, and emails, in a timely fashion. In prepping for the project, Ben took great care to cover flooring and minimize the "mess factor." He always arrived on time and every day we could see the progress, just as planned. Mr. Sowinski was hired to remodel two bathrooms and did an outstanding job.. From the first meeting to the end of our working relationship, I have nothing but praise for the workmanship, punctuality, trustworthiness, and reliability he provided. He kept me informed at all times, was always courteous and cheerful, provided excellent advice, returned phone or email messages without delay and, in general, restored my faith in contractors. A local kitchen and bath company had started the work but made such a prolonged, frustrating mess of it that I quit after half a year. Mr. Sowinski promised two completed bathroom in three weeks and even managed to finish early. I was left with two beautiful bathrooms. I'd hire the company again in a heartbeat!

I needed to remodel my master bathroom and make a few updates to a second bathroom. Ben provided the most accurate and reasonable estimate compared to estimates from other contractors that I received. When I asked for certain things, he was able to make it happen when other contractors said no. He explained the process well and was very responsive to any questions I had. He stayed within the time frame he outlined. He and his crew were very courteous and friendly. He kept the work areas clean and organized during the process, and put down protective coverings for other areas of my house that they would be going thru. He let me know what was happening and when. He was flexible with any changes that needed to be made. He does beautiful work and my bathroom looks gorgeous.

His detail-oriented plans, coordination with the county inspectors, and his ability to turn our vision into a reality - was remarkable. From meeting one, he was extremely courteous, which continued throughout the project. This included the COVID period, which he managed flawlessly. He put the families, his, our and his subs, safety first. And if that wasn't enough, when the county expected adjustments due to code changes, we re-worked the plan, made the adjustments in a deliberate and precise manner that assured us we would be complete on time and within a reasonable budget adjustment. I can't overstate how pleasant this experience has been, and to top it off, we have an amazing living space that made the house our retirement home just as we envisioned it. After receiving several bids I hired Sowinski Tile and Marble to repair the shower in our master bathroom. The workmen were all friendly and courteous, arrived on time, were organized, had all the necessary tools and equipment, went out of their way to minimize mess, cleaned up after themselves, and got the work done in a timely manner. Our project required tiles to be removed and using tiles left over from the original installation they were able to perform what my wife called a miracle by returning the shower to its original appearance following completion of the repairs. My wife who is an admitted â picky personâ was to use her words â blown away by the quality of the workmanship in the tile work.â I was blown away too -- by the quality of the plumbing repair. Moving here from NY we had no idea who to contact to remodel our 3 bathrooms. Asking around our neighborhood and speaking with our neighbors this company was mentioned several times as being a contractor "Not like other contractors" We decided to contact Ben Sowinski ( Along with a couple other contractors that we found online). Ben answered his phone, spoke with us and we scheduled our estimate. Our estimate time was 3pm and Ben was there at 2:50. Ben spent 1-1/2 hrs with us, answering all our questions, providing advice and suggestions. After considering all bids it was Bens knowledge, professionalism, punctuality and all around attitude that put us at ease and made us feel comfortable and confident they would do a great job. AND DID THEY EVER!! Although they had a 4 month wait time once they did start the project took 4 1/2 weeks! Other contractors told us it would be a minimum 7-9 week process. Ben quoted 5 weeks and finished early. They were here every morning about 7am and stayed on this project everyday until it was complete. One of our concerns with a remodel was the time it would take and would the contractor be there everyday? Would they start then leave for another job leaving our bathrooms unfinished? Ben was on site everyday all day, meeting with us before and after each day, again answering all our questions and guiding us through our expansive remodel. I can't say enough about this company and the experience we had. I too will recommend Sowinski Tile & Marble to anyone looking for a professional , honest and reliable remodeling company.

The project in a 40 year old house on a slab entailed demolishing two bathrooms, reimagining and designing a new master bathroom and powder room from small spaces. The result is amazing - our master bathroom is like a high end spa. Ben, the owner, has a strong sense for design and functionality and is a creative problem solver. He is also a strong communicator who does what he commits to, when he says he will. This project began and ended on time. We enjoyed working with Ben and would highly recommend his services.

Ben was organized and thorough in his planning, and a gentleman to work with. He took our hand-drawn plan to remodel a small bathroom and turned it into reality. Although his cost proposal was slightly higher than other bidders, we were very glad we opted to contract with him. Ben Sowinski was a complete professional, We received 4 bids for our project ( Remodel our Master Bathroom). Ben was not the cheapest but at the same time not the most expensive. Ben was with us from start to finish, Providing suggestions and insight during the entire project. This not really a downside ( Because the remodel only took 2 WEEKS! ) but they start EARLY! Every morning we could set out watch only to see them pulling in our driveway at 7am.. Bens knowledge and expertise really showed during the entire remodeling process. So professional! The quality of work was amazing. I was updated throughout the entire process. This really gave me peace of mind because I was redoing a bathroom for my rental property. Since I couldn t be there during the remodel I needed someone I could trust to be honest and do the job right. That s exactly what I found with Sowinski Tile. The estimate and timeline were accurate. This was one of my initial fears. I ve had remodels that took way longer than they were supposed to and ended up costing way more than they were supposed to. This was not the case with this job.
