Very disappointed in this experience. The put holes in two of my new bedroom closet doors and then left huge gaps in my laminate flooring where I could see the sub flooring. Corners did not match up on the moulding around the hallway. The supervisor was sent out to look at the work his crew had done and had excuses for every single problem from telling me there was no way for him to know if his crew actually did it and that it was my houses fault the moulding corners did not line up. When laying the carpet they scratched my newly painted walls up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They will not give you a written estimate until you agree to purchase. They will not confirm the installation unless you call no more than one week in advance and wait for someone to answer. they will not honor their email special discount unless you call and talk to a manager. other than that not too bad.

Love my floors but the customer service does not exist with this company....I had too make numerous phone calls to this company without a return call or any empathy whatsoever for the issues I experienced....Once they have your $$ which is as soon as the contractor walks in the door before they do anything I had too chase them down too get my job complete.

Finished kitchen tile project turned out great. I was concerned because of water damage from a leaky dishwasher but they pulled up wet vinyl and rescheduled the installation a few days until under subfloor dryed out. Everything turned out well.

The salesman promised everything. We have a double-wide mobile home and pointed out two spots in the floor, one raised, the other lowered. The salesman said the installers could fix anything wrong. We cleared our rooms to prepare for the installation. The installers came in and said they would have to put a transition down the middle of our livingroom, and would have to get a contractor to fix the floors. we didn't want a transition down the middle of our room. They left. Luckily they gave us our money back. We hired a contractor to put the flooring in and fix anything they found wrong. We also got much better quality flooring than Empire tried to sell us and at a much lower price.

Sales consultant overlooked the need for customer to provide a ladder and to clear downstairs area, even though work was done upstairs. Result was chaos for customer as I scrambled to find a ladder and shuffling furniture.
