I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. Good quality work putting the pump in and dealing with some challenges of an older house."

"The process was explained in great detail which helped me understand what was recommended to have done and why. The Comfenergy contractors that came onsite were super friendly and respectful. They did a great job and showed me the work that they did. The only issue I had was that they didn't know what to charge me after the work was done. I had to look up what I had put down on the deposit, then let them know the balance. The next company to come out was Atlantic Duct Cleaning for the duct cleaning and the Aeroseal duct sealing. Again, the contractors were friendly and thorough. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts, and I got a report of the Aeroseal results from before to after. I can feel the difference in the warmth of the home. I would recommend both companies."

"JES Foundation contracts all their electrical work out to Root Electric. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. The lead Root electrician Andrew, and his assistant Andy, dd a terrific job installing the new upgraded electric panel. They were both very friendly, efficient, and professional. Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. I highly recommend Root Electric and JES Foundation to anyone who needs their expertise."

I called them, and Reid came out to look at the damage and walked me through what exactly would need to be done to fix everything. On the day they were scheduled to come out, they were very late and no one called me. But, we rescheduled and they came out. His foreman, Walter, did an AWESOME job with replacing the pipe, installing a new flange, putting the toilet back on & sealing, fixing basement ceiling (drywall repair). I'm very impressed!!"

My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure.
