"I had my kitchen renovated in Jan 2016 and Prince William Plumbing did the plumbing work which was fine. In hooking up the new sink they installed a new garbage disposal as well. In Feb 2017, I noticed that there was a small leek coming from something under the sink. I was very disappointed. I called on a Friday (sent pictures from my phone to the office) and John (the owner) came out early Monday morning. He discovered that it was the garbage disposal that was dripping. I believe Prince William Plumbing warrants work for a year but since it had been 13 months, John replaced the garbage disposal (which was warranted for 5 years) and did not charge me for his time. He was prompt in fixing the problem. I believe the two men I have worked with at different times gave me respect as a woman and was willing to take the time to educate me on the course of action."

Andrew afterwards walked me through everything that was done, and answered any questions that I had. They also cleaned up afterwards very well. "Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."
