Did a good job installing my sprinkler system

recently had The Irrigation Professionals install a sprinkler system at my home, and I am very pleased with the experience. The pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and they offered a great warranty, which gave me added peace of mind. The system has been working perfectly so far, and the quality of their work is clear. On top of that, their customer service is excellent — they were responsive, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I recommend The Irrigation Professionals.

My sprinkler install happened yesterday so I canâ t comment yet on how well the system performs over time, but the install was amazing. The team from Irrigation Professionals arrived on time (five minutes early) and got to work immediately. The team clearly works together regularly because they all worked well together. The entire job was hand dug, with the first step stripping the sod, then digging the depth of the trench, then installing the waterlines electronics and sprinkler heads, refilling the trench, replacing the sod, and then stomping the sod down into place. Then they overseeded the entire work area and by the time it was all done, you could barely notice any digging had happened. Before they left, they made sure everything was working correctly, helped me load all of the zones into the app, answered all questions I had, and performed a complete cleanup of the area. I had three separate companies come out to survey the area and provide estimates, and the cost of irrigation professionals was close to the lowest of the three, and had the best proposed layout, timeline, and was the most professional presentation. My neighbor already intends to have a similar install, and I recommend this crew to anyone considering an install.

Staff's work quality is very good, even I don't have the knowledge of irrigation system but they guide me well understand the systems organization. And also they finished on time the day in the contract then recommended my friend who consider install irrigation system

Mr.Powell and his team did an excellent job installing the irrigation system. My lawn has thrived off of this addition and I no longer have to carry around garden hoses to manually water my lawn. Well worth the added expense!!!

We installed an irrigation system and some lights in the front of the house. We dealt Gaery, he was a pleasure . He came out quickly for an estimate, brought brochures with great information and followed up after the estimate. The install was done in one day and again Gaery followed up to make sure we were happy with the project. The customer service was exceptional and we will definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by Geary Powell and The Irrigation Professionals team. I submitted an Angi request to have a sprinkler system installed Monday afternoon September 11. Geary called me the next morning and was at my home four hours later to survey my property. His estimate was more than $1,500 less than the other two I received and included a highly rated Rachio wireless control box. After Geary completed the estimate, he told me they had an opening to install the system the following Wednesday, September 20. The team arrived at 8 a.m. and worked diligently for the next eight hours to install 40+ heads in eight zones. The foreman/plumber also did an excellent job plumbing in the backflow preventer, which required him to route the tubing through an enclosed ceiling in the basement. When the team was finished, they re-compressed our turf back and seeded the bare spots to restore our lawn back to normal. After the installation was complete, the foreman showed me how to download the Rachio application to my cell phone, walked me through the process of programming each zone to account for vegetation, sun exposure, land slope, etc., and did a quality check with me. Following his advice, I set up the irrigation profile to run before sunrise the next morning. The system worked perfectly, even telling me when and for how long each zone ran. I'm amazed by how irrigation technology has progressed over the years, as the Rachio controller connects to the weather service, which combines with the rain sensor to stop watering when it rains. And of course, the convenience of controlling our system via phone is an added plus. While the foreman was connecting the system to our water supply, he had to cut a 9 by 9 inch hole in the basement ceiling to insert a 90 degree connector into the tubing. His cut was very neat, he preserved the drywall, put down plastic to catch the dust, and told me the company would send someone out to repair the hole. The next morning Geary called to see if we would be available for someone to take care of it between noon and 1 p.m. that day. A very courteous young man arrived at 12:30 and less than two hours later (which included time for the mud to dry), just like the irrigation project, the work was completed flawlessly. In fact, you canâ t even tell a repair was made. Bottom line: from initial contact to delivery I couldn't be happier with the service we received from The Irrigation Professionals. The professionalism and outstanding customer service displayed by Geary and his team definitely live up to their name!

The name is appropriate...they are truly PROFESSIONAL in every way. They installed a new sprinkler system in the backyard after we constructed an in-ground pool, and connected the new system to the existing system in the front, checking that all programs were functional and coordinated. Later they came back to re-adjust the heads to ensure the new landscaping had the proper coverage. And all within competitive prices but the extra quality, efficiency, and attention to details I was looking for. Now I've asked TIP to become my yearly maintenance irrigation company.
