"Terry inspected my foundation, but unlike the other inspectors, he inspected and measured inside my house as well as outside, spotting cracks that helped him diagnose the problems. He proposed a solution that involved placing pilings beneath the foundation in the back of the house. The work went extremely well. Daniel headed up the installation of the pilings, and after three days, I was able to open the sliding door in my basement for the first time in a year. Everything was cleaned up I am very pleased with the quality and price, and I strongly recommend VFS to everyone."

First, VA Foundation Solution explained what the crawl space maintenance would consist of when my appointment was made. On the day of my appointment John called to notify me he was on his way and arrived on time. At the completion of his work not only did he give me a written statement of what he completed but took the time to explain what was done to make sure he answered any questions I might have has."

"Dreamscape Designers contacted us after a garden show in Va Beach. Dan came out, talked about what we liked, didn't like, and gave us a quote shortly after his visit. His crew removed a few bushes in the front of our house, planted new ones and mulched. They were very courteous. A few weeks after the job was complete, we let them know a bush was looking pretty sad. They replaced it without hesitation. Our curb appeal is beautiful now."

"After receiving several estimates from contractors to replace my screened porch ceiling (I had already removed the deteriorated plywood ceiling that was installed by the builder in 1992), I was put off by the estimates, ranging up to $5,000. At this point I contacted WT Anderson, who had replaced my roof a few years ago, hoping that they might do this type of work. Tom Anderson came by to see, assured me they do this type of work as it is really installing soffitt material, showed me some samples and subsequently provided an estimate of about $1,400. I selected a white vinyl beadboard. The ceiling also contained two skylights which needed to be trimmed out. The roofing and gutter work previously done by WT Anderson was superb and I had them go ahead and do the job. I subsequently asked them to replace the trim wrap around my garage doors (2) which brought the total cost to $1,740. I thought this was very fair. The two workers from WT Anderson showed up as scheduled, completed the job in one day and the installation went smoothly and looks great. With porch ceiling, they installed strapping to existing framing, plywood to box in the "tunnels" to the skylights, installed vinyl covered metal wrap around the top of the porch walls and then the vinyl beadboard. With the garage doors they removed the existing wrap, replaced two 2x6 framing pieces and then installed new brickmold where needed and new trim wrap around both doors. They were careful to seal all around to keep water out. The finished product looks great. The workers were polite, respectful of the our property and thoroughly cleaned up after completion of the work. Workers is not right word to describe Nestor and his helper, there were skilled craftsmen. WT Anderson will be my "go to" contractor for any outside work in the future."
