"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "I think he was a little too busy during the time I had him come out.  When I called to confirm he was coming he didn't seem to remember that he was to be there and once he got there seemed in a rush to leave since it was at the end of the day.  I signed up for the $125 for 4 hours of drywall repair and he was there for about 2 hours.  In all fairness on that count, I just had no clue what it all entailed so might not have been a legit 4 hour job. I had read so many great reviews on this company I really thought maybe he was just swamped and wanted to give him another shot as I have a great deal of stuff I want to do around my house.  I asked what other work he did because I had a rather large deck I needed power washed and stained.  He came out to take a look said he would get back to me with a written estimate.  Never heard back.

"This is a small family run business so the owner is the one doing the majority of the work. He arrived promptly as scheduled with a helper and worked diligently throughout the day. The successive days were no different. He was very professional and made sure I knew beforehand any discrepancies that might occur (ie popcorn would not match exactly). He dutifully answered my husbands questions- even after hours. He even told me of building code so I knew the upstairs windows now had to be tempered glass (this was during initial assessment- something important that no other contractor told me). Overall, I thought he did a great job for a great price and it only took him 3 days. I will definitely call him back when we are ready to do our deck."
