Mark Brown and his company were out in the pouring rain!  That didn't stop them!  They put up a tarp and kept on working until the job was done!  Had a whole trailer full of gorgeous sound wood beams and joists they installed!  What a wonderful job in pretty crummy weather.  Diligent and worked at a steady pace to make sure the job was completed on time.  I am the REALTOR who sold the home and was VERY IMPRESSED as we have seen many termite moisture companies in the field.  Mark Brown is very honest and ethical and gets the job done!

He gave me three estimates to choose the level of work we wanted. We decided to replace all existing trunks, lines and insulation with the addition of a crawl space encapsulation. When I signed the contract he promised the encapsulation would start the next morning, but the ducting would have to be performed after the holiday.
