Crawl Masters provided a quality blown in fiberglass attic insulation, raising it over the 39 R value. I recently purchased the 30 year old 2000 sf ranch home, and it had minimal attic insulation, barely covering any of the ceiling joists. Owner Dave was honest, punctual and professional. Dave was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Dave provided photos afterward of the installation. The price was reasonable. I was planning on doing it myself but left it in Crawl Masters hands. I am glad I did and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The temperature in the home now stays constant without the HVAC continually kicking on and off.

Outstanding! Dave and his company are amazing. Really cannot explain how how happy we are with the entire experience. Had my regular pest control company (who was not interested in attempting most of the repairs) and had my general contractor out (who charged much more for a much smaller prior repair) to inspect the crawl space after Crawl Masters had finished. Both are very meticulous and both were blown away by the quality and price charged. You will not be unhappy with Crawl Masters.

All went as planned. David came by to provide an estimate and answered my questions. We scheduled an appointment and the work was professionally done. I would hire again.

Dave and his crew arrived as schedule; completed the work quickly and efficient. After the work was completed, Dave suggested I view the completed work with him in the crawl space. He thoroughly explained the repairs and replacements completed during his final inspection to receive my approval. After the work was completed, I can open and close my upstairs master bedroom door and bathroom door without it striking the door jab and the downstairs floor is leveled. Crawl Masters is a top notch company.

Dave and his crew did an amazing job, and went above and beyond compared to other companies. Repaired and replaced over 33 floor joists and stopped my old house from creaking and popping. Outstanding job, great price and quality work. Started early and finished early during the hottest days of the summer. DEFINITELY CHECK THEM OUT you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding. Immediate response when I called to set up an appointment. Came out to the house the same day! Started work on date/time scheduled and finished on time as well. Cleaned out the crawl space, removed old poly, debris, insulation and hauled away. Installed new 6mil poly and staked down. Workers were very professional and respectful of property and space. This is a very professional company and I give my highest recommendation.

Due to the structure of the deck a prefab door would not work for this. They used pressure treated lumber to make covers for both accesses that can be easily removed if needed but are secure to prevent animals getting in now. They replaced two sections of duct that was damaged. I have used Crawl Masters on a few other jobs and have found them to be prompt, professional and reasonably priced. They have always done a excellent job and I recommend them for anything needed for under the house

Work was done very professionally and quickly. We will definitely use Crawl Masters again if we need work done in our crawl space. Highly recommend!

Fantastic! David at Crawl Masters was prompt fair, effecient, and did a great job on time as promised. I have had to deal with many many contractors in the last year, and he, by far, was the best all around!

Mark Brown is very friendly and does a good job of verifying in the crawl space if there are any termite activity or rodent issues.

I can't say enough about how well this went. We could not afford an encapsulation of our crawl space but were having humidity and water issues. Mark came out and was able to not only dry up the current water but he put a dehumidifier underneath that completely cleared up the humidity issue. He fixed our crawl space door as well so we have not had any further standing water issues. I have recommended him twice to others and they have been very happy.

This is not the first time using Crawl Masters. They are professional and trustworthy. They worked us into their schedule and I really appreciate it.

These folks were professional, communicative and efficient. The two gentlemen arrived as scheduled, got right to work and were done remarkably fast! After an inspector came by for a refi, he was very impressed with their work, but asked that we get the beams sprayed with fungicide. I called Crawl Masters and they sent a gentleman out the next business day to get it done. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Thank you for all you did for us.
