Timely responses and contact. Would be a great choice. Might just be a one-time deal this particular situation/time...I just couldn't pass up an offer that outbid them and other company quotes by few hundred dollars, though their quote was second best price and not quite as far off. Will definitely consider them for potential future yard/lawn work though."

"David was amazing, efficient, friendly, and great with communication. His response time is stellar. My daughter and I have severe environmental allergies, so we need help mowing the lawn. With the rain our lawn got long. We were able to mow our front yard, with our electric mower, but my daughter got sick from her allergies. I have a rare nerve disease which disables me, so after we finished the front neither of us could start our back yard. With all the rain, our first scheduled ti.e got rained out. David contacted me promptly in the morning to reschedule. He confirmed when he was on his way, when he arrived and when he was finished. That was the best service I've had in the year that we've been here. Other contractors are either 3 hours late, no communication or spend their time trying to get you into a contract that you don't need. He just came and got it done. So refreshing! I wish we found him sooner. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and hire him again."

I only have sprinklers in my front yard but after speaking to Malcolm and his great personality I was inquiring about him installing system in my back yard. That is the type of CUSTOMER SERVICE you want when someone comes to your house. I forgot he was there to fix the sprinklers and was looking around the around the house for other things for him to work on.
