We hired W&OD remodel for a few smaller home projects but recently we hired them to replace our deck. The result is amazing. Also, Pasi and Charlie were on site every day, checking in with the crew, and checking on the progress. We were also in regular communication throughout the entire project. Such a great company to work with, and A company I trust to be completely honest. I would 100% recommend to anyone who has a project they want done, and done right :)

If you are looking for quality work, look no further. W&OD will get it done right, and for the right price! Our original scope of work included removal of a non-structural wing wall and installation of LVT, plus a few handyman items. The initial design walkthrough was impressive, with every detail that could be anticipated for the job being discussed up front. The first morning on the job, we walked through the job and the team jumped in right away. During demolition of the wall, we encountered a couple problems involving duct work and electrical wiring. Several solutions were discussed, and each time we weighed the pros and cons together. Some really creative ideas involving outstanding ingenuity were brought forward. These guys really know their stuff to be able to problem solve and solution build the way they did. We came to a solution the next morning and work proceeded. The scope and price changed with the selected workaround, and both were very reasonable. The workmanship was outstanding and the space was kept closed off from the rest of the house so that the drywall work did not create a dust issue throughout the home. The team was always welcoming to having me around and including me however I pleased. At the same time, their progress was swift and steady when I was not around. Toward the end, we encountered a materials shortage. The team took it in stride, completed what they could, and then put the project on hold until the materials came in. Once the materials became available, they got us back on the schedule right away and completed the job. Upon my final inspection of the work, I noticed a handful of flaws. After sending them to the office manager, I was back on the schedule for those items to be corrected. These are proud people who take pride in their workmanship. The flaws were corrected, and the completed project (scope changes and all) came out masterfully.

We brought in W&O Design to remodel my 88 year old motherâ s bathroom to make it handicapped accessible for her. Everyone that we interacted from the company was super friendly, the workmanship and care put into the project was amazing, the daily cleanup during demolition was superb, and the company was very responsive to take care of a few issues that arose after the project was completed. My mother tells me daily that she is thrilled with her new bathroom.

W&OD did great work for us. We had a wall that had been framed and drywalled. We needed a trusted company to finish the plaster, molding and relocate some electrical outlets. They showed up on-time and explained every step along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Work done on 2 story family room: decorative woodworking on one wall, built coffered ceiling, removal very deep built in shelving, removal of fire place, removal of decorative trim around shelving & windows, rebuilt shelving/fireplace wall, installation of new built in shelves, installation of new trim & window molding, installation of recessed lighting & chandeliers. Also coordinated with several other contractors for their pieces of the project. We worked with W&OD Design, especially Pasi & Charlie, when a designer we are working with recommended them for extensive work in our family room. We were not looking for the cheapest company, but for high quality with dependable and communicative work. Our designer had clear ideas of what she wanted, and worked with W&OD to alter & finalize design upon Pasi & Charlie's input. We appreciated their desire to make the vision happen, but also honesty about the amount of work and additional permits/structural work would be involved for some of what we were thinking. We would brainstorm all together at times until we hit on a design or solution that work within our desires and time/financial parameters. We greatly appreciated the communicativeness of W&OD. We had a not-experience with a different company in the past and were not sure what to expect, but W&OD was great. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and set our expectations for any anticipated wait times. Maybe the best part was that Pasi & Charlie became people we were entirely comfortable having in and out of our home. If you've done extensive remodel before you know you see a LOT of your contractors. Being happy to see them and say Hi for a minute, and being able to trust them in the house if you need to not be with them for some reason, can make a big difference. Not only would we gladly use them again, we are doing so as we move on to another area of the house!

Two men came to replace the roof on a storage shed. They were on time, friendly, well prepared, and extremely competent and generally helpful. The cost was consistent with the estimate. I will use their services again!

Pasi and Charlie did an amazing job helping us update our kitchen and bathrooms. As first time homeowners, we wanted to make some updates to our new home. From start to finish, every single person we worked with was extremely personal and professional. Special thanks to Pasi for being a guiding light in helping us select the right fixtures for the remodel. Kelsey kept us updated and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The result was spectacular and we cant say enough about their professionalism and quality of work. We even asked for help on a few other items, and they made time to help with these. We will definitely refer family and friends to W&OD Design and Remodel in the future.

I highly recommend Hamer and Mop for any home improvements. Hammer and Mop replaced a existing bath tub with a soaker tub. The job was done with the highest level of professionalism from the initial estimate to the completion of the installation. The expertly skilled associate protected the floor and surrounding area from dust and dirt, he cleaned up the work area at the end of each day, tile installation is precise and beautiful The company has an excellent office manager who coordinated with the plumber and H & M to provide a smooth transition of the work between the two companies. All communication was friendly and prompt. I will call on Hammer and Mop for all future repairs or improvements.

My TV mount job wasn't straightforward but required moving improperly installed electrical and cable connections. I went through explaining the work to 3 other companies with no success in being able to hire one. Thank goodness a friend recommended Hammer and Mop. IMO Hammer and Mop is the gold standard of workmanship. The company is refreshingly organized and very professional Everyone I dealt with was--and I say this with a high degree of astonishment after the previous 3 companies--very friendly and cooperative. The workman who came to accomplish the job has the old-fashioned standards of taking pride in oneâ s work and doing it right the first time. His attention to detail was excellent and follow-up impressive. Worth every penny plus husband was very happy with the work.

Thank you to Pasi for making dreams come true. We converted a half bath to a full bath and the final product is excellent. From beginning to end we were informed of what was happening every day. Amazing, detailed workmanship by Charlie. He is thorough and proud of his work. No corners were ever cut and I would use Hammer and Mop for any future projects. I have a really large mirror that I had them mount twice. Once when I first purchased it and then again when I moved. They also helped with getting my home ready to sale. They did an excellent job. Excellent Job and communication during the whole project.

I definitely would recommend Hammer and Mop. Elmer, who did the work, did an excellent job. He installed a new chandelier on a different location, raised our kitchen cabinet and installed an over the range microwave. Both projects were done with precision and care. The clean up was also done very thorough. For sure I know who I would contact again for some future home projects. Big or small... I trust Hammer and Mop 100%.
