Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! "I had my outdoor cushions (8) cleaned and my fussy camel back sofa cleaned. The cushions are clean and dry and look fabulous. This could be an annual event for me. My fussy sofa looks good altho one part of the fabric bleached out a little. Also I did not know (never done this before) how wet the interior steam clean would be. It would have a good thing to put down a tarp of some kind -- plastic maybe. I mopped my wood floors and dried my persian rug afterwards. Overall --I am very very pleased."
