"I had several repairs I needed done and called to see if Omar's would come for an estimate. The person on the phone was very professional and gave me an appointment based on my limited availability. Omar himself came out and walked through our house and made notes for the estimate. A day later I got the estimate via email. I decided to postpone most of the work for reasons not related to Omar's and asked if Omar's would just do part of the job, namely the garbage disposal install. I was worried that perhaps the job would be too small, but they said OK. On the appointed day, the member of Omar's staff arrived at the exact hour.
