Outstanding integrity, the mirror I bought was to large and he came back after the project was completed and paid for to install the mirrors. "I had several repairs I needed done and called to see if Omar's would come for an estimate.  The person on the phone was very professional and gave me an appointment based on my limited availability.   Omar himself came out and walked through our house and made notes for the estimate.  A day later I got the estimate via email.  I decided to postpone most of the work for reasons not related to Omar's and asked if Omar's would just do part of the job, namely the garbage disposal install.  I was worried that perhaps the job would be too small, but they said OK.  On the appointed day, the member of Omar's staff arrived at the exact hour.  He was extremely professional and took time to cover the work area in paper to not damage the tile.  He was obviously knowledgeable and worked quickly.  At one point, he found he needed a $3 replacement part and he went to Home Depot and bought it and came back within 20 minutes.  Everything works fine now.  

Overall, I was very impressed with both the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff.  They certainly deserve the A.  I will be using Omar's again."
