Adrian was organized, kept the project moving and responded timely to my emails and requests. The project was challenging in that we moved plumbing and removed two walls, encountered challenges each time , and together worked out the challenges. Adrian and his crews kept a very tidy workspace, kept the public hallways immaculate and removed trash/debris timely. Adrian is working with me on finishing a few details of the job, which I appreciate. Overall, I am very pleased with the resulting remodel. I recommend CCR Contracting.

We couldn’t be happier with Adrian and the CCR team. We had a vanity installed, drywall, mirror install, and painting done in our bathroom. Adrian and his team made the whole process easy (we had never had any renovations before), plus they were very familiar with the complex in which we live in. They were not only friendly, but very professional and very clean. We will be using their services again for sure in the future and highly recommend to those who are in need of renovations for their home.

CCR was able to successfully negotiate access to our condo and deal with the necessary paperwork to get the work scheduled and completed.

CCR did kitchen remodel and removal of dining room wall in our condo. Because they know Watergate Landmark so well they were able to help work us thru the regulation process and deal with the quirks of the original kitchen. Lighting is owner Adrian's signature. He chose the under cabinet lighting and set up. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. The first time I turned them on I was with a group of friends. We all gasped as if we had just seen a spectacular magic trip. The cabinet vendor and designer treated us poorly from the get go. Adrian did his best to act as our advocate. We appreciate his efforts but we all paid for the cabinet company's mistakes. Did not say goodbye to Adrian. We just said "see you later" He will be coming back to do additional renovation work for us.

Adrian and his crew were very professional and courteous. Adrian was very patience in explaining every thing to me. Always on time. And very quick with finishing up the job. Adrian knows all the ins and outs of the Condominium building and knows the code. I am very pleased with the rennovation of my bathroom.

CCR employees were efficient and professional in installing vinyl flooring in my Condominium. They started and finished on a timely basis, cleaned up after themselves, and were overall just good people to work with. I will definitely use them again (and plan to).

Adrian and CCR did an amazing job for us, and we were incredibly happy with the results.  They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom.  From new cabinetry, backsplash, tile, to new vanities, drywall, and electrical work, they did it all and the quality of work was excellent. They were patient with us and helped up along as we were making up our minds on design and material choices. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were so considerate that our neighbors even left a note thanking them for doing such a great job of keeping dust and debris to a minimum. We would definitely work with them again and have given their number to other neighbors and friends who have already given Adrian and CCR a call.

this is the second time I work with them and I have zero to say against them. This is rare! Find a contractor and a crew that works so well and there are no complaints. They come on time, they are careful with the area they are working to leave everything as clean as possible, they do what they are supposed to do without delays. The workers are kind and professional. I changed the whole bathroom: floor, walls, shower, vanity. The other time I did the kitchen. It was all perfect as well!

They were able to make my oddly spaced laundry closet into a functional and cool looking area. I really appreciate their willingness to take on such a small project (Iâ d tried several other contractors and they werenâ t interested in a laundry closet project). They took care of all the condo association permits and weâ re incredibly easy to work with.

We contacted Adrian from C.C.R LLC, for a Guest bathroom overhaul. Very easy to work with, and the communication was excellent. Text were answered within the hour, and the occasional calls were picked up instantly. Total replacement of the shower. Plumbing needed to be replaced, new pocket door, all new fixtures, electrical wiring, new toilet, new vanity, new tile and paint. The job was done in the time it was estimated The work crew was on time everyday. Cleaned up before leaving. They did top notch work. Highly recommended!

Adrian Dunn and his team were excellent when the sink faucet broke in my kitchen. I called Adrian Dunn; he was so great at taking care of the problem in such a speedy and prompt manner. The C. C. R. is a very professional team. Without hesitation, I recommend it for any job, big or small.

Adrian helped us turn a den into a bedroom by adding a french door to the exiting space to close off the room. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with during the entire process. Adrian helped us think about ways to set the door to avoid existing A/C ducts and other obstacles while always ensuring we were adhering to the construction codes in our condo building. All work was spot on and with high attention to the finished product. Highly recommend!

Adrian and his team were professional and courteous. I had my old shower-tub converted into a walk-in shower along with additional bathroom remodeling. The final product is beautiful! Adrian is very knowledgeable, and he was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish.
