"It went very well, but not without some minor communication issues which happens with just about every contractor. Bill did an excellent job reviewing what work I needed to have done. He presented several options and prepared an estimate. After I compared other estimates from other contractors, I decided to go with Custom Masonry based not only on the excellent reviews on Angie's list, but in the confidence I had in Bill and the workers. While not the cheapest price, Custom Masonry's price was very competitive. The only hiccup was the first day when the workers did not know exactly what needed to be done vis-a-vis the walkway design. After a couple of phone calls between the lead supervisor, myself and Bill, everything was resolved. The rest of the work proceeded smoothly and the workers did an outstanding job in both quality of work and cleaning up after each work day. "m in process of selling my house and I got dinged for what I originally thought were minor foundation cracks. I decided to have multiple companies come in and take a look at the issue. Company A came out and decided I needed a tier system costing 15K. I almost had a coronary. There were no signs that I had a major foundation issue so I found this a bit suspect. Next, I had Greg from NV Waterproofing come out do a visual inspection and take some measurements using his laser and level. In the end he told me I had normal settlement and to do nothing. Not even fill it b/c that way you can monitor it over time. I offered to pay them him for his time and he respectfully declined. I wish I had some work for him but I guess leaving a glowing review is the next best thing. I cant speak highly enough of Greg and NV. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy knowing their are good, honest business still out there."

"It went great. They came when they said they would over several days. They removed grass and excess soil started the form and rebar the first day, finished forming/rebaring and poured it the second day, cleaned the third day and and put the concrete protectorate on the fourth day. Their team worked diligently each day. They also did this with a minimum damage to our lawn areas. Was very pleased with their work."

Mr. Peredo was the only one that responded and followed through in a professional manner.  When I confirmed he could do the job, he showed up as expected and completed the job in the same day.  He was meticulous in cleaning up.  i plan to do business with Mr. Peredo for the long term.  He replaced an old wooden fence and is expected to replace the drywall and ceiling in our basement.
