"I strongly recommend MCI Contractors for any garden work you need. I have had 5 contractors work on my homes each for 3 to 7 day contracts. By far, MCI Contractors was the best experience. There are several reasons why. First, the contractor (Max) and his crew were extremely easy to work with. When I had any questions, they immediately answered them. When I disagreed with an approach they were taking, they always said "Sir, whatever you want." None of the other 4 contractors said anything like that to me. Second, Max and his subcontractors are very diligent and timely. Even though I did not ask them to do this, they started working on Memorial Day!!! Every other contractor I worked with would always look for an excuse to delay the start of their work. Third, Max and his crew exceeded my expectations. I simply wanted my backyard garden transformed from (honestly) a weed garden to a patio with stone pavers. "Well they have done another wonderful job! We are so impressed. We added a 30' X 6' upper level flagstone patio with 30 inch stone wall bracing the hill. In addition we added a flagstone walkway and steps. Four years ago CM Hardscapes built a flagstone patio and firepit on the right side of the hill. This year we had them add the new patio to the left side of the hill at a higher level with the pathway and steps to connect the two patios. Bill knew exactly what we wanted working from our excel drawn diagram. Jesus as supervisor worked with us on the details, listening to our considerations on critical parts of the project and adjusted accordingly if needed. His whole team executed it well and timely. It took them about 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Manuel and his son Daniel laid the flagstone and were well experienced in their craft. They were easy to work with throughout the process. Manuel helped us work through some of the key design questions such as the patio border and related structural questions. We appreciated his expertise. We highly recommend this company.
