"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. They removed grass and excess soil started the form and rebar the first day, finished forming/rebaring and poured it the second day, cleaned the third day and and put the concrete protectorate on the fourth day. "Outstanding work. After receiving three quotes, I selected down to Aqueduct and another company. Both offered cash discounts, both were price competitive with each other, but Aqueduct just included additional steps at a slightly lower price: drains in the window wells and a full vapor barrier installation. Estimate was 3-4 days, and they finished in 3. There were some areas of the basement where I really didn’t think they would be able to install the French drain in the entire perimeter of the basement, but the workmen knew how to tunnel through and around any obstacle. Jason and John respond to any and all questions and concerns very quickly. Highly recommend Aqueduct for a basement waterproofing."
