We were very pleased with the work they did to reset our paver driveway, it is like new again. We would highly recommend them for paver installations.

CM did a great job on my project, which was removal of the existing three sides of a Baltimore brick wall, 8 foot high on the long axis and 30 feet long, with two other sides of the town house wall needing complete removal and rebuild, due the wall starting to literally fall over due to poor footings on the original construction 50 years ago when the home was build. This is an end unit town home. This job was scheduled for two weeks and that estimate was correct. I had several estimates, two that were almost identical and CM offered a 1000 dollar discount on their price if I started the job before Christmas. I agreed and all went well with the work. The phasing for demo and build went well and the clean up after was great. I would hire these guys again any time. The initial estimate was given hours after they came to my home to look at the wall, while others took days to come back with a price on work.

Bill and his team (including Kim in the home office) did a fantastic job helping finalize our design, adapting to some last minute changes, and keeping us informed throughout the process. Miguel, Jesus, Adrian, and Muriel were on time, respectful, hard-working, professional and polite. The job turned out great, they left the job site tidy, and the price was fantastic. I would strongly recommend them. Great job!

Excellent service. Everyone was on time, and the quote was accurate. The work could not start on the planned day due to weather. A man of from the crew showed up in person to explain the delay and reschedule. On the day the work began, they arrived early in the morning and worked until dark to finish. One man stayed behind and finished cleaning up with a flashlight. The new brick work looks beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend CW Hardscape or use them again.

Bill came out personally and provided an estimate quickly. He was the fifth of five contractors I had come to my home, and the only one to provide a written estimate. Work commenced about a month later and took less than two weeks from cradle-to-grave. The project entailed demolition of a retaining wall, driveway and concrete stairs, the removal of several cubic yards of soil, pouring two new retaining walls, pouring new steps and pouring a new (wider driveway). Bill's crew did a good job cleaning up afterward, and putting the yard back together, so much so that a landscaper commented how well they did. Would definitely recommend CM for any hardscaping or concrete work around your home.

Another great job by CM Hardscape! This is the third time we have hired Bill Bitto's company for a hardscape project in our backyard which is primarily a hill. This time we decided to extend the deck and have Bill's crew build a sitting level retaining wall to match the existing structure. Rene was the supervisor and we easily worked with him directly the entire time. Being on a hill, drainage can be a problem which was addressed with drainage pipe and weep holes. Rene guided his crew with good attention to detail in ensure the final project was exactly what we wanted. We talked with Rene daily and he was readily available to answer any questions taking time to explain the process. There were a couple of areas, we were not sure how to handle, particularly on the ends, and he offered creative solutions that turned out very well. The wall was beautifully matched up with the deck which was put in first. We are very pleased with the overall results.

Well they have done another wonderful job! We are so impressed. We added a 30' X 6' upper level flagstone patio with 30 inch stone wall bracing the hill. In addition we added a flagstone walkway and steps. Four years ago CM Hardscapes built a flagstone patio and firepit on the right side of the hill. This year we had them add the new patio to the left side of the hill at a higher level with the pathway and steps to connect the two patios. Bill knew exactly what we wanted working from our excel drawn diagram. Jesus as supervisor worked with us on the details, listening to our considerations on critical parts of the project and adjusted accordingly if needed. His whole team executed it well and timely. It took them about 2 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Manuel and his son Daniel laid the flagstone and were well experienced in their craft. They were easy to work with throughout the process. Manuel helped us work through some of the key design questions such as the patio border and related structural questions. We appreciated his expertise. We highly recommend this company. They have a great team.

We used them because the owner had been in the military and they seemed like they would be very reliable. It was not a great experience. We got the estimate on 8/14 and they came out to do the work. They did not finish so they had to come back when I was not home. I was asked to leave them a check in the mailbox on 9/7 and after that it was a series of phone calls and emails trying to get them back out. It was Nov/Dec before they finished and because of this I would not recommend them. We had to beg them to come out and they would promise they would come and not show up multiple times. The workmanship was good, but it was not worth the headache. I would rather have spent more with someone else then had to deal with them.

Excellent job to resurface some grout on the front wall of the house!

It went very well, but not without some minor communication issues which happens with just about every contractor. Bill did an excellent job reviewing what work I needed to have done. He presented several options and prepared an estimate. After I compared other estimates from other contractors, I decided to go with Custom Masonry based not only on the excellent reviews on Angie's list, but in the confidence I had in Bill and the workers. While not the cheapest price, Custom Masonry's price was very competitive. The only hiccup was the first day when the workers did not know exactly what needed to be done vis-a-vis the walkway design. After a couple of phone calls between the lead supervisor, myself and Bill, everything was resolved. The rest of the work proceeded smoothly and the workers did an outstanding job in both quality of work and cleaning up after each work day. I would heartily recommend Custom Masonry for any masonry work!

It was a pleasure working with the CM team on the project. They completed on time, navigating the summer thunderstorm weather to complete the project timely and at the price as agreed. They were very helpful in finalizing the design details with me, patient with my decision process and many questions over the phone and stood by to assist and advise. Their staff arrived timely, interfaced onsite to ensure the ideas were implemented correctly. As a result, CM is highly recommended !

The CM Hardscapes crew (Urbano and Nester) did an excellent job, given they were patching an old porch. As W Bitto, the owner, told me when providing the estimate, the color of the new concrete repairs would not match the original concrete porch. And that is true of the new corner and repaired cracks. But we preferred this to others' recommendations that we build a whole new porch! The repaired bricks, also power-washed, look better than expected. We are very pleased with CM Hardscapes' work. BTW. Kim, in the office, with whom I spoke by phone and emailed, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Job was completed quickly, and professionally. Workers were pleasant, knowledgable, and easy to work with. True craftsmen. I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Extremely well. The owner was very responsive and his crews did excellent work, welcomed feedback as the work proceeded, and built for us a porch and other structures that exceeded our expectations.

Well! Bill made initial appointment for estimate and discussed proposed work and materials. Kim provided updates before work started. Henry and crew worked hard and listened to my ideas of how the finished project should look. Work site was left clean each day and at end of job all material was removed. Project has added curb appeal to house.

Fantastic! They were very professional and responsive to email/phone calls. They arrived home time, completed the job on time and left the place clean and in perfect order.
