The town home had an old ceramic tile in the kitchen that was replaced by Kustom Floors with beautiful hardwood. Rudy matched the wood perfectly with the rest of the house and then laid it in the original floor. You can't even tell where the new floor begins, it is integrated that perfectly. His team then leveled the new floor perfectly. Kustom floors also re-finished the stairs and added new hand rails to the side and a new banister. It looks beautiful and I love it every day. Jimmy (Rudy's brother) and Rudy went the extra mile to help us, adding concrete to gaps in our old house to help with insulation. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. "The grout work was "art" perfect for the porcelain tile laid on the concrete floor. They removed the old tile, spread tile-thinset mortor, then laid out the tile beautifully. They came back the next day to grout the tile, and after the weekend spread the dealer. My friends love the look!"
