I had my original 1994 oak cabinets and builder-grade floor/countertops/sink replaced with quartz counters and porcelain tile floor and the cabinets were refaced with new color and doors. I am very happy with the quality of the work and how the remodel changed the entire look of my kitchen. The crew was very professional and meticulous in finishing all work."

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

WaterStone Kitchen and Bath is also very flexible, the design and extent of our project changed and was added onto several times and they took on the changes on board quickly. Jeff is also an excellent problem solver, he worked with our appliance company and the cabinet company to come up with a workable solution. Another advantage in working with WaterStone Kitchen and Bath is that you are only working with a single point of contact, Jeff has his own crews who do the speciality work. Again, if we have another project of this scale and scope, WaterStone Kitchen and Bath will be the first and only company we call."

Their work was excellent and we needed our flooring installed so we had them install our flooring through the house as well. It was done perfectly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and were extremely affordable. Brad and Romero were very detailed and worked to make it perfect. Vlad and his crew were always on time, worked hard, cleaned up every day, minimized dust/mess in the house, were trustworthy, and true professionals. He had specific crews for demo, plumbing, electrical, and tiling. His tiling guys are some of the best in the business. Vlad was very hands on too and when he wasn't working on the house was checking on his crew several times a day giving them specific instruction. He walked you through what to expect each day and always asked for our preferences when decisions needed to be made. Their estimates were very competitive and completed the work faster than others could (also worked weekends with our permission).
