We did are due diligence by getting more than one estimate before proceeding and Jaber Construction was really affordable compared with other ridiculous estimates we received. That being said Jaber Construction's work was fantastic! Nick the owner and his crew were very professional, and Nick was always available and easy to communicate with if we had any concerns regarding the remodel. Nick also suggested a place to get our tiles which made the process so much easier. From start to finish he and his crew were very professional and punctual. There was a lot of moving pieces to this remodel, but Nick made it pretty much pain free! I would highly recommend Jaber Construction for your remodeling needs!"

"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

They were very responsive to our initial request, and we talked to one of the owners of the company via phone and in person within 7 days of our outreach. The project is probably too small for their level of services, but we will definitely consider using them for a future, more complex interior home renovation. "Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."
