"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"We hired KDK to remodel our master bathroom. Our experience from the first conversation thru the final inspection was fantastic. Dave has great ideas, incredible attention to detail, is very communicative, and is easy to work with. He helped us cut costs where he could, made great design suggestions, and coordinated the work that required other contractors (we needed both Electrical and Glass work for this project) who also did great work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KDK and will hire him in the future for similar work."

"We hired PI Kitchen and Bath in Winchester to finish our basement and the difference is unbelievable. Before the renovation, it was basically wasted square footage that we rarely used except for storage. We wanted an actual living area where our family could spend time and have guests over. The team helped us plan how to make the best use of the available space and walked us through the different stages of construction. The workers were friendly, worked hard and were good about answering questions when we had them. Now it does not feel like an unfinished basement at all. It feels like we added another usable floor to our house. Our family is already spending a lot more time downstairs, which is probably the best compliment we can give the finished project. Very happy with the work and would use PI Kitchen and Bath again."

"The carpenter (Josh) did a fantastic job on the benches (and deck repair). He worked with us to refine the design to something that was not only feasible to construct but also fully met our expectations. The results look wonderful! While the price was a little high, the results justified it in our mind."

"Exceptional work. It was really a nice experience in working Jonathan and his crew. His experience, ideas and suggestions helped me in making right decisions in design and he executed it perfectly. I look forward to work with him for my future home modification plans. Thank you Best Homes!!!"

"Everything went as promised. The scheduled first visit for an estimate was professional and fair. A planner came to the house to do final measurements and let us know we would be scheduled soon. The wait for actual implementation after we decided to go with it was reasonable. The guys showed up the morning after the first day promised but it worked out fine as they were efficient and hard-working. Unfortunately, we do not speak Spanish, so our communication was limited but that did not matter as they knew exactly what they were planning to do based on the thorough planning. They were friendly and honest and I would not hesitate to have them again. Mr.FIX-IT called after the job to ask if we had any concerns or questions and then processed the invoice after we said it was fine. There were no hidden costs or surprises. We recommend them!"

"Jonathan and team were great to work with. They were very accommodating with various design changes that we made along the way as well as allowing us to specifically decide every small detail (such as outlet placement) to fit our needs and the price point was well below other quotes we received. The work was exceptional in my opinion and we are very happy with how the basement turned out which included a living room with fireplace and built-ins, bedroom, bathroom, and exercise room. The team showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves daily so we didn't have to have an unsightly dumpster out in front of our house during the whole project which I appreciated. The only downside (although we did not mind) was that whereas other contractors will give you a fancy 3-D rendering of the plans, this team does not. We knew exactly what we wanted so the 3-D plans was not an issue for us, and given some of our neighbors paid double our price tag for that 3-D picture and other bells and whistles, I feel we got a better deal."

"These people did an amazing job! Being the guy that I am my house definitely needed some new ideas. I have no clue about interior design, but working with them quickly put me at ease. So if you're looking for a company to guide you in the right direction and create something just for you, go with this interior design company!"
